The ear is a microsystem of the entire body

Ear Seeds are a non-invasive, safe and effective tool used to stimulate points on this microsystem. Ear Seeds consist of tiny seeds, beads or pellets that are held in place on the surface of the ear with tape. When you know where they go, you simply Peel, Place and Press® the seeds onto the appropriate points. The constant pressure they exert is amplified by pressing on the seeds for a few seconds, multiple times per day.

The stimulation of these points is called Auriculotherapy.

It's about proper placement

Worn for 2-5 days at a time, all ear seeds work on the same principle of providing acupressure on specific ear points. Proper placement is the #1 key to effective ear seeding. All of our EarSeeds Condition charts and kits are designed to teach you points traditionally associated with specific common conditions. They are created by licensed acupuncturist and Auriculotherapy expert and teacher, Elie Goldschmidt, L.Ac.. Additionally, some of the charts are created in conjunction with acupuncturist specialists in their respective fields.

Why Do People Use Them?

Ear seeds help with a long list of illnesses and conditions. The top 3 reasons people get ear seeds are for pain, obesity, and anxiety & stress. But the list of benefits doesn't stop there. Some other reasons for using them are:

  • Insomnia
  • Depression
  • Infertility
  • Skin Conditions Including Acne
  • Migraines and Other Types of Headaches
  • Stop Smoking
  • Symptoms of Menopause

Another benefit of ear seeds treatment is the cost. Enough seeds to provide 4 to 6 weeks of benefits costs less than $20. In contrast, an acupuncture practitioner charges between $40 and $300 per treatment. Since you wear the seeds for up to five days at a time with as little as one day in-between a new application, the benefits are continuous. That's why so many people are using them in-between acupuncture treatments to extend the positive effects. Supplementing your acupuncture treatment with ear seeds is a cost-effective way to boost your therapeutic results.

Certified Auriculotherapy therapist, Rhonda MacFadzen, can assess and place the ear seeds for you by appointment only. You can also go online to https://www.earseeds.com/ref/292/ to purchase kits or a variety of seed packets.
